Pepper Family Medicine began as a solo practice when L. Douglas Pepper, MD purchased the building from Dr. Bair in 1983. Dr Pepper’s wife, Maria Pepper, RN has been the office nurse throughout his tenure in Rostraver Township. Maria Pepper previously worked as an ER Nurse at Jefferson Hospital in Philadelphia. The Pepper’s undertook an enormous project when they renovated the office in 1990, including an addition to expand the office which doubled the number of exam rooms to six.
In July 2005, they welcomed their oldest daughter, M. Elizabeth Pepper, MD to the practice, bringing along her love for children and lots of brightly colored toys for the waiting room.
Dr. & Mrs. Pepper reside in Rostraver Township, a place they have loved to call home since 1978.
